Online Multiple Report System (OMRS) Enrollment Form

The OMRS authorizes a third party to receive an individual recipient’s status information and is a complementary service designated for recruiters, employers and immigration attorneys who are managing multiple clients. The report provides information on all programs for each applicant until thirty (30) days after the completion of the service.

Each OMRS user must complete an enrollment form and receive its own username and password. Those with the designated username and password can only view their specific applicants' information.

* Third Party Authorization to Release Information Form must also be completed to be enrolled in the OMRS.

Third Party Authorization to Release Information Form
To be Completed by Program Applicant

Applicants may authorize a third party to receive status information and all communiations from CGFNS International, including certificates and final reports.

Authorization of a third party as a recipient of status information does not prevent the applicant’s maintenance of his/her own individual username and password or checking his/her individual status.

The applicant can revoke third party authorization with a mailed or written request to CGFNS.
